IF YOU'RE PEAR-SHAPED:
DOS: Slim-fitting menswear shirts with hems at the hipbone; wrist-length, slim-fitting Empires; V-necks, scoop necks or boatnecks; textured turtlenecks that aren't skin tight.
DON'TS: Any top that hits at your waist, thus spotlighting what's below.
Trinny & Susannah say: Women with saddlebags should avoid tapered pants and stick with flares instead because "they are the only trousers that can reduce your bags to relative insignificance."
IF YOU'RE CURVY:
DOS: V-necks, or scoop-necks or boatnecks that fit relatively close or, if loose, can be belted at the waist (like a draw-neck gypsy look); halters. Single-breasted jackets.
DON'TS: Gaping between buttons. Big lapels, which draw eyes to your chest.
Trinny & Susannah say: You should try a tailored jacket that flares over the butt because it "hides and balances the butt, giving a feminine shape."
IF YOU'RE BOY-SHAPED:
DOS: Halters, cap-sleeve styles; blouson tops with ribbed or banded hems that hit at the wide part of your hips; nipped-waist tailored jackets.
DON'TS: Tight V-necks. Plain camisoles or tanks unless they're layered under another piece.
Trinny & Susannah say: Women with no waist should try navel-deep V-neck tops because "these slice up the slab of torso, making you less a woman of substance and more a being of refined beauty."
IF YOU'RE PETITE:
DOS: Belted wraps; floaty, just-past-your-waist looks; fitted blazers; V- and scoop-necks.
DON'TS: Oversized tops.
Trinny & Susannah say: Women with short legs should try long skirts with high heels because "as long as the shoes are covered all will assume it's your legs rather than the shoes that are giving you extra height."
IF YOU'RE BUSTY:
DOS: Fairly fitted V- or scoop-necklines. Tops that taper or nip your waist a bit.
DON'TS: Droopy blousons. Empire waists, which are like shining a spotlight on your breasts. Straps that don't cover your bra's.
Trinny & Susannah say:Women with big boobs look best in wrap dresses because they pull in the waist and divide and separate the bust.
